Hope everyone had a great holiday weekend! Back to the grindstone here at cF. Plenty to do!

Yes, this is over a year old! I’d never seen it and not only is it too good to pass up, but it’s the culmination of everything I find excellent! A black metal band named Hellvetica in a major food chain’s TV commercial. Love it!

You can find a quick but valuable read over at FreelanceFolder today. It gives some interesting information on what CLIENTS may or may not be expecting when they enter into a working relationship with you. A lot of times our complaints come from client’s expectations that we find unreasonable or just plain ridiculous. The article reasons, and I agree, that a certain amount of this can be avoided by clarifying what the client should actually expect from the working relationship, prior to it’s start. Taking a moment to communicate what they can expect ahead of time can certainly save some time and stress (and nasty emails!) down the road.
